
Emilia is a Client Services Administrator at Oklahoma Financial Center. She helps manage the daily operational and account administrative functions and strives to simplify clients’ lives. She is responsible for representing Oklahoma Financial Center as the first point of contact for all clients and prepares for all the firm’s client engagements.
Emilia attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology. Her psychology background and experience transferred into her professional career in healthcare as a creative problem solver and created a more efficient work environment. While at SSM, Emilia worked closely with many healthcare professionals and patients to provide access to care during the pandemic. Collectively she offers over 12 years of customer service experience serving clients and their needs. Emilia joined the Oklahoma Financial Center team in 2022 and strives to serve members of her community with all of their future retirement needs.
Emilia grew up in a large family with Sign Language as a primary language. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her two doodles, Max and Saylor.
