Client Service Administrator
Fanny is a Client Service Administrator and joined Oklahoma Financial Center in 2021. She guides clients to ensure a seamless onboarding process and serves as a dedicated point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about their account transactions and status. Fanny enjoys getting to know each client personally and provides concierge customer service.
Prior to Oklahoma Financial Center, Fanny studied Business Administration at CEPEA School in Peru. She moved to the United States in 2011. Spanish is her native language, and she studied English as a second language at Texas A&M University. She also lived in Santa Barbara, CA, and went to Santa Barbara City College where she studied International Business. Professionally, Fanny has experience in risk management and human resources.
In her free time, she loves dancing and spending time with her pup, Maní, which means peanut in Spanish.
